Does “ocward” mean awkward or coward(ly)? That was truly painful to read. The SDMB has spoiled me; whenever I go elsewhere on the Internet, I’m struck by the impression that a large percentage of the U.S. population is just barely literate.

(If she did mean ruthless, that’s pretty goddamned stupid. It suggests difficulties with more than just English.)

The poster has a point. Suppose terrorists used that picture to target their time machines. We could then be staring down the barrel of President Chaney. Disaster!
We’re so far through the rabbit hole at this point - there are many, many things out there that could pass as self-parody and as straightfaced expression. It’s very hard to know what’s what.
