I’m not an expert, but I’ll take a stab at it. I would think the harsh environment of the mouth (temperate, pH, etc.) would lead to rapid death of the little swimmers, so the chances of impregnation would be pretty minimal. But that’s just a guess…TRM
P.S. - if a Stork brings babies, what bird brings NO babies? A Swallow!
Seminal fluid is ‘designed’ to harden once ejaculated in order to protect sperm from vaginal fluids, which become extremely acidic during coitus (in order to kill any bacteria which may be introduced).
Presumably that would offer some protection to the little guys in the mouth, too.
I think it’s more likely that the temperature difference and exposure to air in the mouth would kill them than the acidity.

I recall a similar claim from Australia several decades ago. As I recall, Esquire magazine selected the swimming pool as “Father of the Year.”

I know this is GQ and all, but I just can’t help mentioning that your post would have gotten a lot more attention if you had appended “Need Answer Fast!” to it.
Yup. Sperm can’t even live all that long in a vagina unless the “climate” is right - typically starting a few days before ovulation, when women start producing cervical fluid that’s the correct pH & consistency for the sperm to live in.
If you’re actively trying to get pregnant, saliva is a bad lubricant to use because the pH isn’t right and the sperm die off.
Need answer fast!
If she transfered the entire load into your mouth, and you then transfered the entire load back to her, I reckon it’s possible. But that idea doesn’t appeal very much to me, and you’d have to be a special one to do that by accident.
Plus, if she doesn’t swallow, it isn’t True Love.
And gargling is just showing off.
