Hrm… the judges get to decide, of course, but I’d have said the winning video isn’t really in the spirit of the competition. It’s “dance my Ph.D.,” not “make a music video of my Ph.D.”

I’d have gone for the pigeon one as competition winner, while also feeling the actual winner to be the cooler video in general.
