Boy oh boy what a day at irk. We had the busiest day of the year today. They were lined up out the door before I even got the office open. We actually earNed our keep today. New irk clerk continues to learn and will be a good fit I think. My longtime teenage clerk graduated high school last Friday and has joined the USAF. I will sure miss her when she ships out in the fall but I am very proud of her. She has worked for my program since she was 16.
Summer teen clerk :insert old roll eyes: will start sometime this week. Maybe I will get a good one that I can hire to replace little Air Force clerk. Never know. Thinking positive here.
Din din shall be ham or whatever DH decides. Our visitors are celebrating their one year anniversary so I assume they will want to be alone. I hope anyway.

Dindin was indeed very nummy. We finished off the N.O.T. sallit. There’s still some ham left but it shall be N.O.L. tomorrow for both of us. We shall both partake of ham 'n cheese sammiches. That will finish off the ham. So yay for that.
MOOOOOOM interestin’ enough cabbage is on tomorrow’s menu. I yanked a beastloaf out of da freezer. I made it a couple weeks ago the last time I made beastloaf. So beastloaf, steamed cabbage, mac ‘n cheese and cornbread is on the menu. Da bear wants some home cookin’ and that is one of my fav-o-rite meals evah! OYKW likes it too. I’ve also promised salmon patties, English peas, smashed N.O.T., and bizkits for one night this week.
I feel so domesticated when I see meals planned out in advance.
Anywho, OYKW had to eat and run cause he has some kind of nurses meetin’ thing to go to tonight. Better him that me havin’ an evenin’ meetin’ I say.
Now I shall go snoop about teh intartoobz a bit.

Mmooooommm. The slow season, if there is one, is mid Aug thru mid Dec except the last week of Oct. It is too hot in Aug and Sept so i’s say Nov before Thanksgiving or the first few weeks of Dec.
I would love it if ya’ll would come on down.
Supper is done and the only thing left to do is clean up the kitchen and walk the dog and cat. I could go to sleep right now but it’s too early. Since I don’t sleep well most nights I don’t want to retire too early.

swampy, I just fixed salmon patties yesterday, but with sauteed summer squish and columorbus (what we called cukes and onions in vinegar growing up). Even made a skillet of cornbread.
You’re no fun. Tailgate group gathering was. We might wanna check on Catdude, though it looks kinda grim for the Rangers. We’re getting thunderstorms right now.

Way too bloody hot here today. At least the customers were sane and generally pleasant, and the transit system wasn’t too ghastly. My phone decided to wipe its SD card very suddenly (boo), and we’re still battling the leaky radiator (hiss).
F was again absent from irk, I don’t know whether he bothered to call in or simply pulled a no-show.
