Thong underwear. Why?

It’s a women’s health issue becaue bacteria from your anus can migrate* forward, causing vaginal infections (not generally  a concern for men) and/or urinary tract infections (which women are more prone to getting than men).

  • If you have leakage/don’t keep clean/your undies don’t fit right and slide around a whole lot.

I thought everyone generally tried to keep their anus clean, along with the rest of their bodies. Or do we need to single that anal tidbit out, emphasize that we clean our assholes? And if someone thinks pointing that out odd, their own butt is under suspect now by DianaG?

Not nearly as much as your sense of humor is.

Seriously dude… this board if FULL of TMI, our server runneth over with it. This was relatively mild and relevant to the OP. What’s leaked from your anus today that’s making you so cranky?

What have we learned from this thread so far? “Everyone! Whether you wear thongs, briefs, boxers - whatever - don’t forget to scrub your arseholes!”

Can’t hurt; might help. (Well, okay: might hurt, if you’re using steel wool.)

When I was talking about women’s health issues, I was both talking about the fact that anal bacteria in the vagina=VERY BAD, as well as the mere fact of one’s vagina leaking cervical mucus. From your quote “Your what leaks?”… Because that is normal and I don’t think guys realize that always, and you know, guys just don’t have these problems.

As to the rest of it, of course scrub your arseholes, but you know that anal leakage is not always under the control of the owner? Some people have tighter anuses than others. This was something that came up in a thread a few years ago. Age is a factor, I believe, as well as some other things.

Whoa, who anal-leaked into your Cheerios this morning?

I believe the correct term is “spanking clean”.

I assume the “anal leakage” referred to in the OP was really just asking “do you get shit on your thong?” and the answer is “not if you have a clean anus, no”.

No one. Everyone’s anus is clean around here.

And it’s cool that we’re so proud of this fact that we share it on the internet.

Bacterial transfer is a relevant health and hygiene issue when discussing women’s underwear preferences, as is vaginal discharge. If you don’t see how those things are relevant to how women clothe their genitals, than you don’t know dick about vaginas, no matter how much you think you do.

You’re highfaluting your statement with someone coming right out and saying they keep their anus clean, which it seemed to me more than enough to share. It has nothing to do with what you or anyone else knows about pussies. We should pm, discuss who’s life is worse, you defending clean anuses or me defending clean anuses.

Wait! We both support clean anuses! So why don’t we report to everyone here on the internet how clean our anuses are!

Are you always this tiresome?

I thought maybe I was dreaming it, so I went back to the OP. This is the relevant question:

So rhubarbin answered a question that was directly put to people. The OP set themselves up for TMI, as did you upon reading the OP, and now you are complaining about TMI.

I see what you did there.

Like that little fabric band-aid preserves your modesty when your dress blows over your head?

Better’n nuthin’.

Women have anuses? I’m SO grossed out!

Granted, its explains a lot!

This was my interpretation as well.

You’re still a virgin, right?
