I bought red & green marshmallows in the shape of a Christmas tree and star, as an impulse buy–they were just too cute. Now I’m realizing that I’m kinda stuck for recipes that don’t involve melting them… is there any way I can use these little buggers?
Put a lolipop stick/skewer:
Dip them, partially, in white or dark chocolate. Eat.
Use them as table decorations, dipped or plain. If you use long skewers you could put them in a vase in lieu of flowers, especially for a party involving kids!
Place them by place settings holding up place cards for a fun dinner party.

Hmm, chocolate covered marshmallows on a stick? Intriguing… especially if you sprinkle colored sugar over the chocolate as it cools?
I’m letting my imagination run. I’m starting to build on your idea… how about this… chocolate dipped marshmallows, sprinkled with colored sugar, garnished with a piece of fresh cut fruit (banana slice or strawberry or cherry, maybe?) and skewered with a stick?
Marshmallow, chocolate, sugar, fruit, a stick… How bad could it be???
The sticks sounds a little too chewy for my taste.
True, but sticks are fun.
How big are they? They might work well as a topping for an ice cream sundae
Make dessert fondues. Dip. Eat.
