As I well know, the opposite is true as well. The bedroom is the only place I feel like being the boss, and even then not all the time, as my participation in this thread shows.
…erm - maybe it’s just a statistical anomaly, but I’ve found more women like it than don’t. (At least in the last ten years or so, when I discovered by accident that some women like it.) Not really at the point of aphyxiation.
