I survived truancy court. Yeesh. Waited almost 4 hours. Talked to the judge about 10 minutes, and it’s all gone. I need to confirm with them when we move.
I think I have an ear infection, and that shall be tomorrow’s problem.
Got home at 6PM and just now stopped. Cooking and eating are so overrated and I have a monstrous back ache. I still have a little left to do to get the kitchen back clean. We had mashed N.O.T s, butter beans and cubed steak smothered in onion gravy. Was good and I have lunch for tomorrow if I don’t forget it.
This morning I got a block away and realized I didn’t have my specks. Grabbed an extra pair and commenced to looking when I got home. The maid comes on Wed so I was picking up and getting ready for irk. Long story short my glasses were in the trash bag. Thank goodness I found them.
I hope I will sleep good cause I is Tahred. Rosie’s sig cause I have not read all but off to do that now.
We have a new washer… in the truck. I thought I’d ordered it from the LaPlata Lowe’s, but apparently I’d chosen the Waldorf Lowe’s, so we made a big arc thru Charles County. Still, there’s a shiny new MERLOT Samsung washer waiting to keep us clean.
And on that note, I’m going to mosey to bed. I’s tahred.

Butters, I’m nearsighted so the first thing I reach for in the morning are my glasses. If they’re not where I left them, I need to either feel around the area or go get an older pair that lets me look around.

Did a little soccer evaluation work this evening, just to get out of the house. Tomorrow it’s back to home improvement shopping. Never know there were so many shades of brown (cabinet painting).

I’m just waiting for my own washing to finish, then I’m off to college even though it’s holidays, I’m planning on being a good little student and getting a head start on next year’s project. I’ve got the local bee expert coming over to check over my new bees this evening.
Being a little grumpy about that gig I got tickets for ages ago and my friend cancelled on- haven’t managed to sell the spare ticket, and it’s tomorrow. Haven’t even managed to give it away to anyone I know… There’s a bunch of other stuff on this weekend, and everyone I know locally has plans. Anyone around and wanna come?
I’m awake… & I just fixed the Do Not Disturb hours on my phone. :mad: G’nite (again).

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 73 Amurrkin out and mostly uncloudy (TWPTB say it’s clear but I see clouds) with a predicted high of 88 and rain/tstorms/apocalypse this afternoon. We shall see. No biggie plans for the day but I do need to do a few things around da cave and take care of some errands which I shall accomplish this mornin’. Foies de poulet frits, peas 'n butterbeans with okra, and smashed N.O.T. with gravy shall be supped upon. YUM!
Spidey maybe you were “fixin’ to” fix the do not disturb hours instead of actually fixin’. 
OK, now I need more caffeine and to feed rumbly tummy. Then, since I have declared I shall venture out into the public, I suppose I should purtify and don grownup goin’ out clothes. Bother!

Running behind this morning. Weirdly enough, when I came out of the bedroom, I couldn’t find either of my cats, tho they did show up after I let Higgs out. Then I stopped for gas and went to grab a breakfast sammich at WaWa - they hadn’t set them out yet, so I drove thru McD’s instead, and that took for-freekin’ ever. Once I got to the office, I noticed the muffin on my egg McMuffin was burnt on one side, the cheese had fallen out, and overall, it was a nasty sammich. Thus beginneth my day.
Plus I woke just after midnight with a really weird muscle ache across my right shin. It felt like the muscle was pulled to the breaking point and neither flexing nor stretching helped. I got up and walked around the bedroom, then tried lying on my side - for some reason, that seemed to do the trick, and I fell back to sleep with no further issues. But it was one weird sensation…
At least the week is almost over. Happy Thursday, I guess…

Sah-son made breakfast this morning. I’m pushing him to do more cooking.
He made Toad in a hole, slightly undercooked but still good.
We gave Ripple the one with eggshells in it.

Once, like every two or three years, I say I haven’t had an Egg McMuffin in a while so I get one, then I remember why it’s been two or three years since I last had one.

I’m back…
Took a couple days to unplug and hang with the kiddos. Our summer nanny had freshman orientation for college in the fall, so I stayed home with Juliet Jr. and Romeo Jr.
Romeo Jr.'s bed was delivered from IKEA on Tuesday. So I stayed up all night Tuesday assembling it with Romeo. It actually wasn’t too bad. Romeo Jr. slept in his big boy bed for the first time last night. He looks so tiny in that big bed! But he was getting too big for his crib, so it was time. Plus, he turns 2 on Friday, so it’s time to be a big boy.
We also closed on the refinancing of our mortgage. Now begins the process of migrating all of our banking products to our new financial institution, reestablishing automatic payments to come from the new account, etc. Not fun. But it will be worth it.
And to top it off, Romeo Jr.'s eardrum ruptured from an ear infection. He’s such a chill kid that I didn’t even know he had one. No tugging on his ears, no rubbing them, no fever. Nada… until ooze started seeping out of his tiny ear. He’s on some antibiotics now, and he’ll be just fine.
Juliet hope Romeo Jr.'s ear heals up fine.

Well, most of my stuff for the next ten days is gathered and I am getting ready for my double. The OW has the day off so she’ll actually do the packing and stuff and pick me up tonight. I think this could be a really great Con if we get any break in the weather.

Earlier today, I had to let Josh use my computer because of some weird software reason. No biggie - I just took a little break.
Just now, I noticed a little yellow sticky note under my left monitor that says “Josh is the Best” - gee, I wonder where that came from??
I’m so going to miss this job!!
