Time for the "Middle of 2015" Postcard Exhange!

Thank you, kayaker, JoseB, and WhyChild, for the updates.

At this point, I’m not clear what I’m supposed to do with all these dogs that shoot radioactive bees oiut of their mouths. Only that the cost of breeding them is coming out of **jayrey’s **salary.

Got a second card from davida03801 yesterday showcasing a covered bridge in Stowe VT. And it’s not just any bridge…it’s haunted by a ghost named Emily. The bridge even has it’s own website. Pretty cool! Thanks!

Oh, thank goodness, I thought I was losing my mind. I’ll bet your neighbor was confused. I think that card was printed sometime around 1957-64. I was afraid maybe they went through the mail slower…

I’m telling you, Skald, you’re gonna be glad someday to have those dogs in your repetoire. And if the cost of breeding them comes out my salary, then they belong to me and you’ll have to pay ME to use them.

In the meantime, would you please teleport one each to MissTake, Weedy, melodyharmonius, and Melaleuca? Sad to say, they did not keep up their end of the bargain. Radioactive bees covered in dog slobber seems like a fitting punishment.

I will be sending out PMs to a few folks, soliciting their help in sending cards to those who didn’t receive their fair share. If (and only if) you received all (or more) than you expected to and want to send more, please PM me.

I’ll send more cards.

Really? You have already gone above and beyond this round, my friend, but if you’re willing, I’ll send you some names and addresses. I know folks love your cards.

Me too! Cool card, innit?

I can send more if needed!

I learned a new word today, quite appropriate for this thread: Deltiology

It’s the study and collection of postcards. According to the wiki article, deltiology is the third largest “collecting hobby” after stamp collecting and coin/banknote collecting.
ps: I’d be happy to send out another card or two.

I have a few more i cam send.

I have one I could send, but it’s PG-13.

I have PMd a few folks who have kindly offered to send more cards. Please check in if you receive more postcards. Thanks!

Behold, they are an abomination in my sight.

I’ll send out more postcards, too, if needed.

I also am quite willing to send more cards. Why don’t we just forget about those who dropped out and go for another round?

Jayrey. Thank you for organizing this event as I have greatly enjoyed.

How often do these exchanges take place ? I do not want to miss the next one.

Anyway you could put me on the permanent list ? Any future postcard exchange I am in.

Thank you, davida03801. Very kind of you to say. I do keep the lists of participants from previous exchanges, so I’ll let you know when we do another one.

And has for doing another exchange:

Anaglyph has moved that we do another round now. If we choose to do so, I’ll divvy up the last rounds’ participants (minus the dropouts) into different groups. Do I hear a second?

I just received a postcard from **BeeGee **with a recipe for Texas Margarita Pie.
I agree that the leaves used for decoration in the image do not look very edible - I would probably switch them for small mint or lemon balm leaves. But then, I also agree that I would probably drink the tequila straight and not bother with the pie.

I’d be up for another round now, so I second.

I am up for a second round, and hoping that my international cards somehow make it still. I just need to get out and buy some stamps.
