Are you on Internet Explorer 5.5? They changed from Beta to official version this month.
The IE version shouldn’t make a difference… This sounds like a server-side problem, not a client-side one, which means that Jerry et al (there’s others?) are the proper ones to be performing the arcane rites, not us mortals.
