I haven’t decided what I’ll do this session - considering the time of year, I’m thinking gifts. My daughter asked for a dish like the last one I made, but beyond that, I haven’t decided. Maybe I’ll make a special piece and have a Kiss-UP-To-FCM-And-Win-A-Thing contest. I’m willing to buy adoration…
Ah well, then, let me get a head start: Oh wonderful and NICE (dammit) FairyChatMom! I would send you a lifetime supply of your favorite chocolate just for a work of art created by you.

Well, maybe a week’s supply.
Finished cleaning up after myself. Trays of soon-to-be grownup plants are neatly arranged against the fence, under a tree. Took down the sawhorse potting bench I improvised in the garage. Took a shower.
Now it’s off to organize some paper and maybe watch a movie…I lead a fascinating life.

All the lights are hung and (this is for VunderBob) the pink phone is now hooked up and working. I cleaned it - it’s Pepto Pink!!! All the cool kids have **Pepto Pink ** rotary dial phones in their laundry rooms. Really!
I’m avoiding ironing, but I can’t avoid it much longer. Off to labor again. <sigh>
I am so jealous. All my phones are boring colors like gray and putty. Is there a cool pepto-bismol pink rotary phone store?
I’ve been pretty much a bum today. Ran some errands after church and stocked up on groceries for the week. Should have done more, but I didn’t feel like it. So there!
Now I’m off to read for a while and then it’s a new week…

Seems I remember rue sayin’ he had a chile to take to first day of school today and that the MMP may not appear till tomorrow so I guess I’m gonna post here till a new one appears.
I had a busy weekend. Saturday morning Mr. Anachi and I went and selected the marble for our countertops. We picked the Ubatuba which, for those who don’t know, is predominantly black but has lots of brown, green, and opalescent (it is, too, a word) bits in it.
Later in the afternoon we drove over to Merritt Island where Mr. Anachi grew up for a cocktail party consisting of former classmates of his from elementary school. We had a very nice time.
Then we went home and had sketti and <snerk> meatballs <snerk>.
Sunday morning we went to the Depot and exchanged the faucet we bought when we thought we were gonna undermount the new kitchen sink for one that will fit in the sink when we top mount it. We actually found a cheaper one that I like just as well so there was that.
Mr. Anachi also bought 10 little flourescent lights that we will install under the kitchen cabinets. He will have great fun direct wiring all of them.
After that it was the usual household chores of cleaning and laundry. We had T-bone steaks and corn on the cob for dinner. It was nummy.
And now it’s Monday again. Carry on.
