What to do with 50 meatballs in the freezer?

Matter of fact I have 75 Pierogie’s, and 5 LB of Grouper Fillets too.

I wish I had your freezer! I always have some frozen meatballs in mine. This doesn’t take a lot of thinking, they are versatile. Heat some up in gravy and serve over mashed potatoes or noodles. They’re good heated up plain, dipped in various sauces.

Sweet and sour meatballs! You mix up a basic sweet and sour sauce, (with ketchup and vinegar,) pour over the meatballs in a casserole dish, and bake in the oven. Then take out and serve with noodles…

Man, I miss that. Wonder if I’ll have time to make meatballs this month? No, probably not during Nano. :smiley:

I love meatballs simmered or baked with BBQ sauce over them! Yummy!
