Too much yogurt?

GonzoGal and I have recently become addicted to McDonald’s Fruit and Yogurt parfaits. She’s even more addicted than I am, usually having at least one a day.

She’s wondering if this much yogurt is a bad thing. (Aside from the calorie issue, of course. McDonald’s yogurt is low-fat, but not sugar-free or non-fat.)

Sounds like bull to me. (circulatory channels? Unless they mean cholesterol buildup in the blood vessels, it sounds like newage quackery.)

What’s the scoop?

Sounds like voodoo to me. Yogurt is nutritionally very similar to milk. Having a cup of yogurt every day isn’t going to hurt you.
