Sensodyne toothpaste for sensitive teeth, at the suggestion of my dentist.
The scary thing is, when I tried it the first time, I instantly recognized the taste, from when I was a little kid staying overnight at grandma’s place.
My first thoughts were: “Oh my God! This tastes like old people’s toothpaste!”
If I could find a toothpaste that didn’t make orange juice taste nasty, I might use it.
I am into Ayurveda, and if I used a toothpaste it would probably be Vicco Vajradanti, which Purd Werfect alluded to. (In Sanskrit, vajra=‘diamond’ and danti=‘tooth’.)
I checked this morning, and it’s a brand called Auromere imported from India. If I encounter the Vicco Vajradanti though, I’ll be certain to check it out.
I think I’m using Crest at the moment. I don’t really have a toothpaste preference, except I won’t touch a baking soda toothpaste. I usually get whatever I have a coupon for or is on sale.
I’m another Tom’s of Maine user. Normally Peppermint with flouride, but when I’m feeling grand, I break out the fennel toothpaste. Just lately I’ve been using it a lot, because I kick ass.

You’ll wonder where the yellow went, When you brush your teeth with Pepsodent! Pepsodent! sigh
Now I’ll have that in my head for the rest of the day, thanks vanilla.
Aquafresh–either Extra Fresh or Tartar Control. I buy either one or the other, depending on how I’m feeling when I’m replenishing the toothpaste supply.
