Thanks for the reminder to put back the usual disclaimer (that was taken out for last week’s CSNY & CCR polls) which used to read: All you have to do is list your six favorite tracks from this week’s featured artist. If you’d like to add your own liner notes or opinions, please go right ahead – I, for one, love reading them. If you specify a live version, it will be noted, but tallied with the studio version. Cover versions are acceptable, as are duets and off-shoot projects. Please try to be as accurate as possible when naming your favorite tracks.

Though I’ve never heard it, I guess ‘I’m a Cult Hero’ would be categorized as a Robert Smith off shoot project.

For any of you (who like me) are curious about it, the only place I can find it is on Music Stack. FYI: The used 7" (in VG or better condition) ranges in price from $72 to $253. Ludovic, if you have a pristine copy, I suggest you rip it into digital format and keep the original vinyl copy in a safe place.

I know more songs by the Catherine Wheel that many of the bands that have been up the last couple of weeks. Comander Cody? Camper Van Beethoven? Blue Ridge Rangers? Alex Chilton? I’ve never even heard of them, nevermind have songs I like by them Besides, everyone needs to listen to “God Inside my Head”. Seriously.
