A tornado blew through Raleigh Saturday afternoon. My parents lost power for a couple of hours, but they’re okay. The same cannot be said for a couple of students at my sister’s school. The tornado pushed a tree over onto their mobile home.
There is a silver lining, though. My brother, a carpenter who’s been laid off since June, should be able to get his job back.
Mostly, I wanted to make sure our Raleigh area dopers were okay.
