Sounds like a terrible car accident. One person is dead.
Damn, it’s hard to imagine a collision bad enough to mess up a bus (maybe they roll over easily?). Tractor trailers and a number of other vehicles were apparently involved. Poor guy 
His limousine was involved in a serious accident, at least one death, and he was seriously injured. Not good news.

I just saw this on the news. They said Morgan and two others have life threatening injuries. Hopefully they’ll all pull through.

The truck driver that caused the accident has been charged with death by auto and assault by auto.

Basically there was a traffic slowdown and the Walmart driver in the tractor trailer wasn’t paying attention. It would only take a few seconds of your mind wandering for this to happen. “Death by Auto” and “Assault by Auto” definitely sound like overcharging–because the victims were celebrities?
A tragic death would be pretty much the only thing that could take the fun out of 30 Rock. I hope the rest of the passengers pull through.
It sounds like the charges mean reckless driving that cause death and injury, respectively. The police say they think the driver fell asleep at the wheel, which may account for the charges.
I don’t watch TV, hence, it appears I am immune to this tragedy.
My dealership sells and services Sprinters. They come in different sizes, at the small end they are a bit longer than a full sized van and much taller. At the large end they make a full sized American Van look like a Fiat.

Way, way over charged. Nothing has been reported that he was driving recklessly,speeding, or under the influence. 1AM and he’s not 100% alert. Who is at 1AM? He wasn’t completely asleep. He did swerve and try to avoid the crash. This could happen to any responsible driver.
I could see a separate civil suit. Probably against the driver and trucking company. Throwing the poor guy in prison for 20 years accomplishes nothing.
Hope Tracy recovers and gets back out to the clubs. He’ll be missed.
Well, it would keep him from driving at 1am and falling asleep, injuring and killing people and causing hundreds of thousands of dollars of property damage again for 20 years.
