Trader Joe's Cookie Butter

It’s not that it’s surprising, and it’s not like I’m opposed to unhealthy foods. There are things like bacon and fried cheese that are worth dying for, if that’s what it has to come down to. There’s not enough payoff with cookie butter - for me, anyway - in a world full of other options.

I resurrected this thread to share my favorite way to eat cookie butter:

-Take a plain cake donut right out of the microwave.

-Smear it with cookie butter.

-Cry because you’ve never tasted anything so delicious in your life.

-Spend the rest of your life daydreaming about cookie butter donuts.

I fall on the far side of that divide. I tried a jar of cookie butter and it was too sweet for me. (I made cookie butter and jelly sandwiches with it.) I’m sticking with peanut butter.

Actually, this week I’m eating almond butter. It’s usually outrageously expensive but there was a sale on it.

this makes me want to dip bacon into cookie butter, and I’ve never even had the cookie butter. :stuck_out_tongue:

I recently bought a jar of cookie and cocoa swirl from Trader Joe’s and I am kicking myself for not getting more. I occasionally go down to the States, but I am seriously considering going again next weekend just for more cookie butter. Why is this not widely available in Canada???
