Translate this (Japanese?)

Pic. This is a mediocre quality screen cap from Season 1 of “Hill Street Blues” I Never Promised You a Rose, Marvin. Lt. Hunter (James B. Sikking) is showing off the Hill’s latest toy, an urban warfare tank. This was the writing around the tank.

The top part repeats the English “Nishitsu Corporation” in kanji, and the bottom picture with the single word says “Police.”

Well, Nishitsu is the abbreviation for what the top part says - it’s Nishijima Tsu-<something>-sha (“sha” meaning co. or corp). I can’t figure out what the 4th letter is.

And the one character at the bottom could refer to security rather than police.

Characters in the top image is 西島津會社, using the older form of 会.

In the bottom left there are 防暴, which means anti riot although I’m not sure if its commonly used in Japanese as the term for riot control is 暴動鎮圧. 防暴 is the common term in Chinese, though.

And the larger 警 for police.
