I’m not looking up a quote to satisfy anyone here, but I found Bourdain’s Parts Unknown episode about Korea fascinating. I thought it was far better TV than anything I’ve seen from Guy Flameyshirts.
Also, I like watching Bourdain actually being drunk better than Guy acting like he’s drunk.

I was always annoyed by Guy’s canned dialogue-whenever he is sampling some local place’s masterpiece, he always remarks “that’s ridiculous”. I can’t stand the guy.
