I don’t remember the name of the song but I saw the music video for it a few hours ago on CMT. It’s about a man (himself) in a wheelchair who takes his daughter to see her mother’s grave to spend time together. Any idea what the name of the song is?

Its called “Tell Me I Was Dreaming”.Its a sad song, and the video made my oldest son cry when he was 6…

The plaintive and heartfelt ballad, If I Lost You, was the first single from the new package. It also served as the soundtrack for the final music video in the trilogy that features Tritt as wounded war veteran Mac Singleton. “The first video, Anymore, dealt with the friendship of two injured Vietnam vets, Mac and Al,” Travis says. “The second, Tell Me I Was Dreaming, concentrated on Mac and his pregnant wife, Annie, who is accidentally killed. But the baby, Annie, is saved. The third follows the story of Mac and Annie.”

I don’t think I’ve seen the third video, but I had seen the first two years ago on TNN, back when it was “The Nashville Network” and used to run several hours of country music videos weekday mornings and afternoons. Very powerful, IMHO; they made me cry too.
