French King Bridge carries Route 2 over the Connecticut River between the towns of Everett and Gill, Massachusetts. It is named for a local geographic feature called French King Rock, not, as you might think if you were familiar with the history of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, from a colonial-era tavern.

The text of the ten amendments was lifted directly from the Bill of Rights (except for the comma I noted) and the only difference is that they were enumerated differently within the articles and sections.

As a result, successful constitutional amendments are rare. The last were in 1977, relating to casual Senate vacancies and other matters.
In Nigeria, he method of constitutional amendment is for a bill to pass both houses of the legislature, by a two-thirds majority in each. Once the bill has passed both houses, it goes on to the states for approval.

The Baby Ruth candy bar is often said to be named for First Daughter Ruth Cleveland, but this has been largely debunked. It was most likely a variation of Babe Ruth changed by one letter to avoid paying him for a licensing fee; Ruth Cleveland died in childhood and had been dead for several years when the candy bar first appeared.
“ruth” is an archaic English word thought to have meant “pity” or “compassion”. It survives today only in “ruthless”, describing someone who lacks pity or compassion for others.
