Trolls R Us Resurrections

“The Senate Minority Leader lays on his back, his belly baking in the hot sun, beating his legs trying to turn himself over, but he can’t, not without your help, but you’re not helping. Why is that Max?”

Brilliant.

Well done!

Well done to all three of you, @ParallelLines, @Euphonious_Polemic, @John_DiFool!

HBDC just requested to be banned.

I wish this board had a like button.

Huh. I had the self discipline to stay away for 7 months or so when I found myself getting too invested. Was not that hard. I did not have to ask anyone to stop me from signing in.

When I came back, nobody had noticed, nobody cared. As is should be.

Every time one of the curmudgeonly-sounding posters does a loud flounce, I feel like they’re reenacting that scene from Midsommar. You know the one. The Ättestupa scene. Like they’re expecting everyone to wail along with them when they hit rock bottom.

Well, the flounce is complete.

So we won’t be able to slag him anymore. At least until he petitions to unflounce (if the mods unwisely consent).

New poster in the “unwanted phone sex” thread definitely pings my trolldar. Their only two posts are in a pretty contentious thread and they came in hard - while simultaneously not being able to spell the name of the Zulu king they’re using for a username?

Yeah, that’s fishy. I suspect some incel attempting to cover sexism with the race card.

Reminds me of someone banned in the not too distant past. There’s a scent of something I can’t quite put my finger on.

Now on to ranting about women who accuse cops of sexual harrassment to get out of tickets, and “armies of weak men, who often act more like women”.

Yep, called it, incel weirdo…

Yeah, I think he gave it away with that line.

He has been cornfielded.

Along with the replies to his trolling.

Quick work! Thanks!

A couple of posters flagged him. He was pretty obviously a troll from posts plus some other clues made it easy.

A few words into his first post in the phone sex thread, it was only a question if the trolling would take a racist or misogynistic tack. And that was revealed quickly.

I was surprised but impressed that no one took the bait (at first). I was not surprised that chela was the first to chime in with compliments on his posts.

His historical complaints were basically valid, but their application to the current controversy a bit off. Like others, I had no idea the coach was African American and the woman was white. Bringing that up and raising issues could have initiated an interesting conversation, but it was clear he didn’t want that.
