That is close to how it was originally used, but nowadays, despite the “RF” standing for “Radical Feminist”, you don’t have to be a radical feminist to be a terf. You can think that only some men are part of a conspiracy to invade women’s spaces and not necessarily blame all the worlds ills on the rest of the men.
