Apparently there was a bit of support for questioning one of the notes, but bringing the same controversial attitude and then personal attacks into the thread is not going to help matters, unless what matters is stirring up shit, which of course is just what trolls want.
Those people are mistaken.
- He had participate in the Harris McD thread, where managers, coworkers, and W-2s were mentioned frequently.
- W-2s were completely unrelated to the thread where he got a modnote, yet he mentioned them anyway
- He has demonstrated that he is trying to antagonize people (“go away, I’m not talking about your stupid thread”)
But sure, let’s give him the benefit of the doubt.
I think ecg sees through his bullshit, at least I got that impression.
I’m terrible at identifying specific former posters, but if Keyohtea is not one, I’ll be shocked*.

Let me correct myself; for some reason I thought it was all lowercase but there is a capital K. Probably not significant but I figured I should acknowledge my mistake.
I just see a foolish poster with temper issues. I have more sympathy for being cranky than I do any level of snark.
Could be a sock, I guess. But I don’t think they came back specifically to troll.
There’s just no reason for a troll to push so hard that they weren’t thinking about the McDonald’s thing. It’s the type of thing that makes more sense if they are actually upset, not trying to get others upset.
Also, they’re not snarky. Most trolls are pretty snarky. Snark gets under people’s skin, while making them feel they can’t directly call it out.
Let’s be fair, most Dopers are pretty snarky.
