I actually found the poster kind of funny, you really could not take him or her very seriously. Simply stating basic truth is more than enough to get him/her to lose his/her mind.
I really wanted to ask him how his pillow business was going these days because after a few posts I started hearing everything he wrote in Mike Lindell’s voice.
I never purposely trolled him, but when he got overwrought it was easy to make him chase his tail until he got tired. The really sad thing is I know real life people I have to interact with to some degree just like him. Or just like her. (Not so much that I have to put up with the dip shits, it is just sad that they believe the nonsense they say.)

To be fair, I had the same initial reaction until it was pointed out that the warnings were for different infractions. And not just based on one comment. After that, I was fine with it.
What’s point of defending that poster? There’s no way they’re going to last here.
I think Peter is confused. He’s throwing shit around everywhere, accusing others of violating the mod note when they didn’t. If he paid attention that ATMB thread wouldn’t have been created in the first place.
That’s a very kind way of giving him the benefit of the doubt that he’s not just an ass trying to stir up trouble and cause drama.

He seems to be backing down at this point. Peter never struck me as being that bad overall in the past, none of us are perfect but it’s not like I see him and think, “Oh it’s this shithead again.” There are some people where I definitely have had that thought whenever they post.
Just don’t get him started on James Randi.

There’s always been a contingent of old school, crotchety (as a nearly 20 year poster, maybe I also fall into this category) posters who have been aggressive ‘centrists’, by which I mean they believe in the principle that there’s always a middle ground, perhaps apocryphal and certainly mythical, that exists for any issue and that the board (and mods) should be fair to people on either side of this hallowed middle ground.
It’s why 9/11 truthers, ‘scientific’ racists, misogynists, and a bunch of just generally aggressive ignorant posters have tended to last so long around here. In the interest of ‘fairness’, we tipped the scales too far the other way into letting them run amok. Peter Morris has always been a bit more on that side of things but toned down markedly in recent years, perhaps due to James Randi retiring/dying.
