Well, that’s what the Weather Channel graphic looks like. Actually, I think the ‘D’ is a the hurricane flag (black square with red border) indicating storm warning but coupled with the big red I K E, it reads dike; which, admittedly is spelled wrong, but still good for a chuckle.
On second thought, considering the flooding, perhaps ‘Dike’ is an unfortunate correlation.
He (or She) is beginning to blow through central Arkansas now. Our satellite internet connection is working at the moment, so it can’t be too bad.
