Well, now it’s abundantly clear that Jack relives days and seeks to keep death happening rather than preventing it, so I’m going to give myself full credit for my prediction several weeks ago that the “evil leaper” model is the right one here.
I was, however, completely floored by the revelation that Tru’s father was (a) an “evil leaper” himself, and (b) knows Jack somehow. Obviously, having arranged for his wife’s death, we knew he wasn’t a good guy, but his apparent previous supernatural ability was a shocker.
I’m very curious to see how this plays out – especially how he lost his ability to relive days.
Not sad to see Lindsay out, if, indeed, her marriage means she’s moving to London and out of a regular role.
