Lepage is calling for the leaders of the minimum wage campaign to be thrown in jail. Much like Trumps calls to lock up Hillary. Lepage also recently said that our “constitution was broken” and we need Trumps “authoritarian power”.
These guys act like they are trying to stage a coup and gain absolute power. I am sick of their fascism. Lepage claims minimum wage puts lives at risk. I wonder how many people have died from his ridiculous policy on Narcan. These thugs should move to North Korea, or a banana republic, and leave us alone. You don’t lock up your political opponents in a democracy.
He has referred to his opponent throughout this entire election as ‘crooked’ Hillary Clinton. He has advocated heinous shit from his announcement to run and from then on still defeating 10+ more qualified candidates. Over a decade of smear has worked it’s way into the publid consciousness, only 40% of American citizens believe Hillary is trustworthy, 85% of Trump supporters believe she should be in jail.
He is the result. He is not merely the cause. No one who has paid attention has any right to now be surprised by any of this.
Lepage is doing important things: do you realize there are out-of-state drug dealers with strange names going into Maine and impregnating innocent white women? [We had a thread about this a few months ago.]
I truly hope this election is a moment when all the reasonable people gather to agree on reality.
These are the people who would sign on with the Shadows in Bablylon 5, because they’re strong and they support strong leaders.
Flesh does as it’s told
I’m just waiting for Trump or Lepage to be caught in a love nest with a “singer”.
Really? Trump did that?
Or are you referring to this exchange? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xa3gi_-qsOE
If so, that was not a “call to lock up Hillary”. That was a very clear statement that when he is elected, the investigations will be allowed to proceed without the White House interference that shut them down. The logical result is that Hillary will be charged, tried and convicted. At least, we can all hope so.
Charged, tried and convicted of what, exactly?
Convicted of… BENGHAZI!
Or maybe, E-mailing with intent.
Seriously, though, I’ve asked the same question several times of people who seem to believe Mrs. Clinton is guilty…of something, and yet never really gotten an answer as to what specific law or laws they believe she has broken. Why is that, I wonder? I mean, I did ask politely.
To paraphrase Stevenson, that’s not enough, we need a majority.
I thought this kind of went without saying, but guaranteeing a conviction is just a little inconsistent with our legal system.
The investigation determined Hillary’s actions didn’t reach the benchmark of gross negligence. There may be other statutes about destroying evidence while being investigated, but that was the big one I think.
Thanks for stepping up to the plate. Would have been nice if Clothahump would have made an effort, but whatevs.
