In other words, he’s Garfield the cat.
So, in the rest of the world, ‘slightly left of centre’?
The one thing I’m not worried about is Trump getting sympathy votes over this. I just don’t see anyone thinking, “Oh, he caught a disease, that poor man, I’ll vote for him after all.”
Garfield is cute, though. While he is a little smart-ass, he is not evil. He just wants to eat his lasagna in peace. Plus, he’s naturally orange.
I would vote for Garfield.
I call her “Klaus Barbie doll”.
If voters can actually be undecided at this point then I suppose Trump could gain sympathy votes.
Should I be concerned that there hasn’t been a “Biden tests negative” headline yet? You know he’s been tested, and you know he has the results.
I’m not surprised in the slightest. Trump has been trying very hard to get it for the last 9 months, and he finally succeeded.
How else to explain a person who has consistently eschewed social distancing and mask-wearing throughout this pandemic?
And his family and close advisors are all following his lead. During Tuesday’s debate, they all made a point of removing their masks or not wearing one in the first place while sitting in the audience.
To be fair, she is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America.
Biden has announced negative.
Not out of the woods yet, but a good thing to hear.
Senator Mike Lee tests positive after spending time with Team Trump.
I don’t see this anywhere?
I don’t think or even suspect Trump’s illness is fake news.
First, it wasn’t Trump or his team that first broke the news of Hicks’ illness. It was Bloomberg News.
Second, if it was a coordinated effort, presumably Trump wouldn’t have pissed off ~100 donors by exposing them at a fundraiser after it was shown he already knew about Hicks’ illness, and they wouldn’t have learned about it from the news.
Third, Biden and his campaign wouldn’t have learned of it from the news. Even the Trump campaign must be aware how incompetent and tone-deaf that looks.
Fourth, Trump is never going to abandon this campaign. Too much legal exposure if he steps down or doesn’t “win” another term.
Fifth, his instinct is always to play down what’s happening. Based on Mark Meadows’ “everything is fine!” press gaggle this morning, I’d say that’s what they’re still trying to do. As much as I look forward to a couple of weeks without Trump’s big orange yappy face all over the tee vee and fewer if any tweets, I think it speaks volumes that he’s not tweeting now. I’d say things are worse behind the scenes than we are being told.
It’s funny… I did think to myself that he didn’t look well on the night of the debate. But then he never looks great, so I discarded the idea of COVID and just went with too much orange spray.
Heard it announced by Mike Menoly (sp?), an MSNBC reporter who travels with Biden at all times. They haven’t repeated it, but it was announced by a source with credibility and close to Biden – meaning Menoly.

I have heard of stupider reasons to vote for someone.
I’m not even sure how the election would work at this point if Trump were to become incapacitated. Isn’t it late in the game?
Pence would need to pick a VP.
I don’t think they would lie about this. Not out of a principle. I think contracting it looks very bad for him. Very.
Look, he’s so atrocious, this does not worsen things much, but it simply is fuel for Biden to show everyone how incompetent and irresponsible Trump is. How many people did he infect or get near to the last week or so?

I’m thinking that too. Although fear might keep him distracted from opening his Twithole for a few days so I’m not sure yet. But after the initial shock I too would think it significant if he is no longer midnight tweeting.
One thing I don’t think it is a conspiracy to make us think it’s serious. I don’t think he’d be able to control himself.

I agree.
