I think his age and weight will work against him, but he has the best doctors etc. so if he can be saved he will.

How sure are we that Trump actually has COVID? Trump has announced that he has it, but that doesn’t prove anything.
Not 100%, but the string of others who tested positive lend credence to it being real.

If you truly mean all of us, I will happily agree with you in hoping for that outcome. But not even I wished for his death, even if it means resurrection as our saviour, as that seems extremely unlikely.

Well my 401k has doubled over the last four years. Is that to President Trump’s credit? Maybe, maybe not. Some credit it to Obama.
On the other hand, nobody blames Obama for the Pandemic. So I guess only GOOD things get credited to the previous POTUS, and all BAD things get credited to the current POTUS. Funny how that works.

Funny how that is not even close to the case. Obama was, in fact, president when he laid the foundations for certain economic effects. Obama was not, in fact, presdient–and had not been for years–when this pandemic hit.
I can’t predict. He’s in a class to be badly affected, on the one hand, but on the other, statistically, most people don’t get terribly sick.
I know what I’m wishing, though. I’m not wishing death on him-- that might lead to President Pence. I’m wishing weeks on a ventilator, including the week of the election, and permanent health impairment. I’m not worried about karma. I’m already coming back as a butt plug. Or a junior high school math teacher.

Trump is despicable because he is a loathsome person, incompetent and immoral. Personally, I made more money in the past three years than the previous 30 combined. Yea me. But even if I gave Trump all the credit, he wouldn’t get my vote. He has demonstrated time and time again he is unfit for office. The way he handled the pandemic may be what brings him down, medically and/or politically, but it isn’t the worst thing he has done in office.
Anyway, back to the OP. I think he’ll fare like most people do. He’ll have a bad run and eventually recover.
Just like with everything else in his life, he’s going to get away with it.
