Both in the supernatural sense (for those who believe), and, for me, in the psychological sense. Yes, he has moments of pleasure, usually sadistic. But for most of the time he’s lost in a black hole of insecure needy misery.
And deserves it.

That’s kind of goes along with stupid. I think Kim Jong Un called it correctly: Dotard.
Uncurious
Uninterested in others, or learning (because that would mean he doesn’t already know everything), or what life is like for others or in other countries or other religions. That explains much of his personality and world viewpoint.

Without knowing it, he has normalized idiocy, hate, racism and bigotry. He loves that, but he’s far, far too stupid to plan this. It’s just who he is.
