FWIW, I did a Tineye search and it didn’t yield any hits, so this photo was apparently not online before Trump tweeted it. It’s on Truth Social but not on his Twitter, so he probably tweeted it out himself instead of his usual social media handler doing it (which is increasingly uncommon these days).
