If you add together all the tiny moments of hope this thread has given me over the last ten months, it’s nearly an hour. 
I immediately thought of this.

As usual, “West Wing” pretty much has this one covered (couple minutes, good stuff).
I bought for $100 the second-biggest box of fireworks Costco has in anticipation. The biggest was twice as much.

I’m guessing the expression on Donald’s face would be more in the “anger combined with imperiousness” range, though.

Trump needs to fall on his knees and beg the forgiveness of the American people and the world. But that’s not gonna happen. I don’t care what befalls him after that.

I can only speak for myself, but I don’t think I’m alone around here.
I hope that doesn’t interfere with your involvement with the message board. We love people who are full of opinions (and your general sentiment regarding Trump - that he needs to repent - will be well received), but expect some push back on the religious front.
My gut reaction to that post (WELCOME!) is that the things listed are really the very definition of style over substance.
A “Christian --” to my way of thinking – should have about 35,000 far more substantive complaints about Donald Trump.
Like how his policies, his actions, and his very being are the textbook antithesis of everything Jesus Christ ever said and did.
And how Trump went after National Cathedral Bishop Mariann Budde for essentially delivering Greatest Hits from the Sermon On The Mount, both in Trump’s presence and with thinly-veiled references to Trump.
It was the ecumenical equivalent of Trump, Hegseth, et al, blowing a freaking gasket over the six Democratic lawmakers who created the November 2025 video reminding military service members to refuse illegal orders.
Maybe there’s a word … something like “antichrist …” to define how diametrically opposite this ‘man’ is to JC.
