Trump is dying

In that Never-Never Land (if only ) called trump world, EVERYTHING from a handshake to a war has a winner and a loser. He is saying that he WON his MRI, because the docs say his was the BEST. By his score keeping, he can’t even be the same as anyone else. If he had an MRI (and we’re not exactly sure what he had) on the same day when 50 other guys had MRIs, then his had to be the best, meaning he was the winner over all those other guys and they were all LOSERS.

Damn, it must be awful to live inside that head. In fact, if they did an MRI of his head, I’m sure this is what they found. (Hell, it’s the season to pull this oldie-but-goodie out of the archives…)

Swiss cheese works as an image, too.

But you’re right about Donald’s bizarre “perfect” description of his MRI: it’s all about Being the Winner.

I’m a tad surprised that he added the “for the age” qualifier: it implies the possibility that someone younger may have had an even better  MRI. I’m not sure whether it dovetails with the other indications that he realizes his corpus is beginning to fail him, but it does strike me as something of an anomaly.

Come on, this is the guy who falls asleep in every meeting. He was probably out cold as soon as he lay down.

And yeah, it’s not unusual for people to get full-body MRIs. Especially when they don’t have to worry about paying for health care.

There’s no way Donnie Long Balls has a tie that hangs that low.

From the “How has the disgraced,” etc. thread:

That’s not exactly true. Anyone can get a full body MRI if you’re willing to pay for it, pretty much.

Well, that rules out Trump getting one.

Yeah. That was my thought. Maybe he confused a CT scan with an MRI. The two machines are superficially similar to the uninformed or ignorant.

I get regular CT scans now because I’ve had cancer and it’s part of my follow-up medical care. Unless Trump has had something equally serious he wouldn’t be getting either CT’s or MRI’s as part of his routine check-ups.

A lot of doctors are against using CT scans without a specific need. They expose the body to a lot of radiation. Getting a CT every year as part of a routine checkup would be more likely to cause cancer than to find cancer (or other life-threatening conditions) that would be missed otherwise.

MRIs are expensive and can be uncomfortable, but the don’t pose much health risk because they don’t expose the patient to ionizing radiation.

I was reading posts here while chopping up some food for dinner and listening to the old movie X2 on a TV in the background. Then the ‘magneto escape scene’ came on and somehow I wondered whether trump had any ‘trump coins’ on him at the time of the MRI.

I’ve had an MRI and I had it after I had a stroke, FWIW.

Sorta like that except pumpkin seeds are useful.

I don’t imagine he was sedated but still, if he was in an MRI machine he was pretty much stuck in there for 15 minutes or more. And during that time, the fate of America was in the hands of… luck? I very much doubt Trump would hand the reins to JD Vance for even a quarter of an hour.

The next time he goes in for an MRI, I hope someone tells him to stick one of those coins up under his balls for luck. Edit: then again, there’s probably no actually precious metal in them so it wouldn’t do anything.

Full-body MRIs are big business now. I’m not saying there wasn’t any indication that he needed an MRI, just that it’s fully possible he got a full-body one.

I’d love to be able to tell Him, right to His face and with His full attention, ‘You’re old. I’m younger than you are. That makes me better than you. Old Loser.’

“That’s fake. I’m the youngest person ever. People have been saying ‘Sir, there’s never been anyone younger than you’.”

“He was a strong, tough baby, and he was crying.”

I’ve had a bunch of MRIs for reasons that are completely boring. My knee hurts. My foot hurts. They found stuff that wouldn’t be relevant to the president’s job. As for being stuck inside… They can always stop the test and pull you out. If someone declared war on us while the president was having an MRI, they would do that. Just like they’d wake him up if he were asleep.

I’d love for it to be a sign of his impending doom, but that just doesn’t seem likely. I’m easy more excited by his mutterings about heaven.

And yeah, he might have just gotten a full body scan because he’s a hypochondriac, and had the power to get that done.

I doubt he is seriously ill or “dying” even though I understand why people hope that is the case.

Consider, Fred (father) lived to be 93. Yeah, he suffered from dementia for a long time but pneumonia was his actual cause of death.
Mary Anne (his Mom) made it to 88.
His sister Maryanne lived to 86.
The other sister, Elizabeth, is still alive at the age of 83.

His older brother Fred Jr. died at 42 of a heart attack brought on by his alcoholism.
The other brother Robert died at 71 in 2020 from head injuries after a recent fall.

My point is - based on his genetics DJT is likely to last another 5-10 years even if his apparent dementia is real.

Yeah, he’s a fat fuck with really crap dietary habits but I expect we are unlikely to be getting rid of this fuckwad anytime soon.

He also has a growing list of powerful enemies.

It seems like every time there’s a news report of a feeble Trump, he retaliates with some shocker like tearing down the White House east wing.
