Let’s check in on the spackle job on the back of Trump’s hand today.
Are they using his face makeup for his hand? It reminds me of some of the girls in high school that would absolutely cake makeup on to their face, but stop at their jawline. It made it very obvious how much they were wearing.
If they’re that desperate to hide it, they should hire an FX makeup artist, or at least better [regular] makeup artists.
OTOH, it’s also very possible, probable even, that Trump refused to sit still long enough for anyone to do a decent job. I remember hearing from someone (a hair person IIRC) saying the reason his hair color was always wrong looking, was because they couldn’t get him to sit still long enough to finish dying it properly.
OTOH, maybe he demanded they use that same makeup because that seems to be what he thinks normal (white) skin looks like
I’m inclined to believe he puts it on himself and is convinced nobody can tell.
Sounds perfectly plausible.
The makeup might match better while it’s being applied and his hand is resting horizontally at heart level and the lighting is different. Then he stands up and the blood pools and his hand turns that pink color away from the makeup lights. They need to make up the entire hand, not just a patch.
He should just start wearing gloves 24/7. It would be less conspicuous.

I’ve been trying to pin down the stuff that he uses. I get similar lesions on my hands for long periods so have applied various prescribed ointments and taken medications so it got less severe. Going to the in-network dermatologist certainly has helped.
I think his doctor said his condition is more vascular. I hope he’s participating in a more holistic approach so he doesn’t have to paint his skin every day.

It does really seem like his doctor gives him some daily supplemental treatments delivered in a way. I don’t know because his published regimens clearly don’t treat all the age-related conditions he’s dealing with there.
Trump’s “published regimens?” I think it’s safe to say that, given the implausibly-glowing medical reports from his doctors which the White House continues to release, any “official” information about his health is incomplete, if not completely fabricated.
My problem is I have normal expectations of people in my life sharing their maladies with me. My friends, family and peers at work just tend to share intimate details of their lives all the time
I sometimes forget that such expectations don’t work in government announcements. I know none of the other presidents shared all their problems like that.
As I recall it, we saw the fucking inside of Reagan’s colon. Trump hasn’t shared anything other than the glowing reports of his own personal Dr. Nick.
In recent decades, actually, they typically have, as @crowmanyclouds notes with Reagan. In the name of transparency, they’ve shared when they’ve undergone procedures, been diagnosed with maladies, etc.
Trump, OTOH, is so vain, and so egotistical, that he cannot handle the thought that people would know that he is less than perfect in every way.
Yes he has seems to refuse to be normal about his health so I understand this thread in that way.
It struck me that he’s like that during a ‘16 speech. He tried to express some empathy about waiting too long in an exam room for his appointment. He left it at that without any further detail. I would’ve added something to the effect of “waiting for months to see the specialist was unacceptable for anyone to wait.” Of course that would open to follow-up questions - Gof forbid.
Yes, like how pleasantly short the waiting time is to not see specialists under our “beautiful” system.

I remember just a few years ago, we were hearing reports of how “sick” Putin supposedly was. We don’t hear anything about that anymore and that clown is still here, healthy as can be. My guess is Trump lives another 10 + years. I’d love to be wrong, but I don’t think I am.
