With locked arms in solidarity with the rest of the league in protest.

You must hate context.

Still, gotta like that use of “etc.” to imply and insinuate a whole bunch more teams not actually mentioned, because, really, there were too many to list all of them! Should get his own AM radio talk show, he’s got the stuff for it!
I have no problem whatsoever with players standing for the anthem with locked arms. As long as they are standing.
hoo, boy, this should be good
From your link, Okrahoma -
So … there’s your answer, Okra. Dude’s just trying to get a particular camera angle; right-wing morons flip their shit for moron reasons.
So protesting is OK as long as you approve of the position?
You do realize they’re still protesting, right?
When they lock arms, they can’t place their hands over their hearts. Are you OK with that? That’s not disrespecting the flag?
Protesting while standing = good. Protesting while kneeling = bad.
That makes no sense. Either you’re OK with the players protesting or you’re not. The positioning of the protesters body shouldn’t make a difference.
Or he was doing a self-video of his protest to show his buddies how “progressive” he is.
I’ll just repeat what I posted in this thread before:
When you stand for the national anthem, together with all the other people around you, of all colors and political creeds, you express unity. You all belong, you are all Americans, and you identify with the country. Whatever color or party or political persuasion you are.
When you don’t stand for the anthem, for whatever stupid reason, you are separating yourself from others.
How about if they are all standing with their arms outthrust towards the flag with the middle finger extended? They’re standing! And that’s a salute! Sorta. Kinda.
What if they are standing and flipping the bird with their hands? Still okely-dokely since they are standing?
You are just saying that because Donny Two Scoops tweeted it and so it’s now part of your indoctrination. You lap that shit up.
From the Commander in Tweet:
Great solidarity for our National Anthem and for our Country. Standing with locked arms is good, kneeling is not acceptable. Bad ratings!
Nope. That would be a sign of disrespect. Locking arms? Isn’t.
So you’re advocating disrespect for the flag. Got it.
LOL. Keep playing “gotchas”. That works soooo well.
You are the idiot trying to define what is disrespectful and what form of protest is allowed.
Again, I can just repeat what I posted before, since it is so applicable:
"When you stand for the national anthem, together with all the other people around you, of all colors and political creeds, you express unity. You all belong, you are all Americans, and you identify with the country. Whatever color or party or political persuasion you are.
When you don’t stand for the anthem, for whatever stupid reason, you are separating yourself from others."
Locking arms just emphasizes unity. Which is great. The horrible “blunder” by Trump - fizzled. Yet another football (snicker) yanked away from Trump-haters.
So, why are you telling me that I can’t put my hand over my heart?
So you have no respect for the law? Not surprised. Explains your desire to ignore the First Amendment.
What part of the Constitution will you shit on next?
Number two for number two?
You can only put your hand over someone else’s heart. And that person, on someone else’s heart. And keep going, until it comes back around.A giant circle of respect. A big beautiful representation of unity. Or of something.
