The First Digital Trading Card by President Trump. Are you ready to make history? For the first time ever, collect your own Official Trump Digital Trading Cards by President Trump. Incredible, hand-drawn art, inspired by President Trump’s…
Emphasis on “incredible” (with the incorrect comma) by me. It’s the only word in the bloviation that I agree with. The “art” definitely defies credulity. Although “hand-drawn” should be replaced by “stolen from various public internet websites and badly Photoshopped”. I didn’t go to the actual website, so I fear that “inspired by President Trump’s…” will have to end there, in an ellipsis, inspiring a burning curiosity to know exactly what attribute of “President Trump” inspired these cards. Exactly the same kind of burning curiosity that we all had when the Orange Imbecile pre-announced a forthcoming “major announcement” that turned out to be $99 baseball cards with his orange face on them.
So I don’t know how that sentence ends. But I imagine it really should be something like “inspired by President Trump’s incessant need for grifting from the sizeable assortment of rubes available to him for that purpose”.
-Translates his prior post into 4 different languages using variants 4 centuries old, then has a third party re-translate them into English with an eye towards current events, making it perfectly appropriate! -
“Yes, Yes I am.”
In the Years After the Great Plague
Will come the Orangelord, fell and stupid
Who will bring Forth Cards of Intangibility
To the great Joy of his Coffers of Gold
Well yeah… think about who actually considers him a fine example of what wealth and luxury look and act like? That’s his target consumer. So of course everything seems decidedly low-rent, since actual wealthy people know better and wouldn’t touch that crap with a ten foot pole.
I agree that it appears Trump’s jealousy over Dark Brandon has him trying to one up it (pathetically unsuccessfully). It’s funny to see his wannabe attempt by using laser eyes and also sunglasses which are direct rips from Biden/Dark Brandon, a position that Trump wants to be seen in instead.
But I also do suspect that these NTF’s may be used as ways to buy favor with Trump.
How many of the buyers are going to be actual Trump diehards and how many are going to be believers in the unending stupidity of Trump diehards wanting to cash in in the secondary market?
Some conman conned the conman into this whole embarrassing scheme. How the fuck can anybody call that cut and paste shit art? It’s pathetic, and I love it. The fit bodies under his fat head are unreal. I was expecting momentous events from his life, like glowy orb, and escalator ride, not wish fulfillment fantasies.
The 10% rake on every re-sale is going to put a damper on (real) speculators, I think. If you’re looking to profit, giving away at least 10% of your revenue right off the top is a bad way to do it.
Money launderers, though? 10% is probably a deal compared to other methods.
I disagree. These have HIS pictures. HE looks glorious. The sound of HIS name and pictures on Fox shows riveted HIS attention for hours during “executive time.” HIS name was required on the few security briefings HE paid attention to during HIS presidency.
No conning involved. I’m sure he loved the idea (and the money). Throw in the expanded mailing list for grift and he was all over it. Sure the originators (copy-pasters) pandered to the man-child’s ego but that’s required to get the toddler’s attention.
That depends on what their expectations are. If they think they can resell immediately for $1000 any competing investment would need to give a 700% return in a similar time frame.
Assuming, which of course is nonsense, that the risk is the same. Point is the 10% rake is only relevant if it pushes your profit down below your alternative investment.
This feels like a way to block all unflattering images of the fired former . He is trying to kill all the mocking memes . This could kill Reddit.
I would think that he would run afoul of securities trading laws if he insists on taking a cut of all the secondary sales.
