Apparently there’s only one card in the series with the animated eye lasers (or any animation at all) and that’s card #1. And I bet I know who owns that one. I’m pretty sure the rubes got the lame ones, with his friends, family and cronies getting all the good ones.
If I’m interpreting the data on Open Sea correctly, there are only 70 that are autographed.
After looking at the page that shows most (all?) of them I’m amazed, but in no way surprised, that the majority of them are the same Trump head. They were too lazy to even find different pics, it’s like watching bad 70’s animation.
I’m pretty sure they are AI generated images, with 5 or 6 head styles, and a bunch of different body styles, costumes, hats and background …… a computer program mixes and matches them according to some algorithm. And the majority of them do use the same head, it makes the ones with different heads more valuable.
If you poke around on the site, in the filters section it will show you all the elements, and how many cards use each element. If you click on the card number, you can see the rarity rating.
He ALWAYS looks disgruntled. Trump has one of the worst cases of RBF I’ve seen yet.
But that one doesn’t have TRUMP anywhere on it or a “45”. How will they know that is him?
Oh yeah, without a doubt. He probably hates the fact that some people think Biden is actually cool, while he himself has to pay people to think he’s cool.
Look closer; his Big Ugly Belt Buckle is actually Trump.
I’ll take your word for it.
I’ve actually got a theory about that. Maybe it was suggested to him as a joke item, where he could picture himself as a cowboy, and play for laughs. I really think that if he had played it for laughs, this could have been seen as a very funny joke. We could have been saying “what a comedian” instead of “what an a-hole.” But Trump missed the point, and took it completely seriously.
A. Trump has no sense of humor. Well, not a normal one. He likes to laugh at disabled people, for instance.
B. He doesn’t joke. That time he got in the truck, he took it pretty dadgummed seriously.
He’s 4. He’ll do whatever a 4yo would do. That posture and expression driving the truck is perfect 4yo boy.
I believe at one point, there was someone trying to find footage of Trump genuinely laughing. A few close to laughs, but no real clips of him laughing exist(to my memory).
He…kind of laughs here when someone suggests shooting migrants.
Do you suppose he was making “vroom vroom” noises too?
(I suspect he was.)
Q.E.D.
Oh, I think so…
Compare Trump’s cringey performance to Biden’s effortless coolness when test driving the new electric F-150.
Surprising nobody, it seems possible if not likely that the images of the at least some of the clothing are stol… borrowed without asking permission.
Also, Gizmodo’s dig at NFTs themselves at the end is great.
Speaking of humor… (from the video):
Reporter: Mr. President, can I ask you a quick question on Israel before you drive?
Biden: No, you can’t. Not unless you get in front of the car as I step on it.
Biden added, “I’m only teasing” 'cause otherwise FOXNews would take that sound bite threatening a reporter’s life as evidence of Joe’s senility.
I avoid Facebook these days, but have been on there overnight due to family stuff and one of the biggest trump fans I know seems rather embarrassed by the whole thing. I saw a post by him where he rather LARGELY tells everyone that he does not want a stupid trump nft for xmas. This feels like a major shift from him.
