This Sessions feud is certainly a wrinkle I didn’t expect, mainly in how it’s pissing off part of Trump’s base who worship Sessions. I forgot or didn’t know he was an architect of Trump’s hard line views and the base that supports that supported Sessions before they supported Trump. Trump is playing with fire here and he probably doesn’t care because he’s so pissed off about the Russia investigation

Sessions is a blatant racist. Why wouldn’t “his fans” love him for that???

Sounds a lot more like theorizing than a rumour that it’s actually under discussion. Like “that would be a great way to fire Sessions without firing him”.

By all indication he thinks he’s more than capable of doing the job - and any other job that might exist - with one arm tied behind his back, and thinks he’s a Gulliver tied down by Lilliputians, who are getting on his nerves.

Let’s be honest; we’re dealing with a nation where half of us think that if Obama could be president, then anybody can be president. Or if not entirely half of us, at least the one of us who is currently president.
