I thought Boehner was always going to be the highest ranking Oompa Loompa in the US government.
Well played, k’sdad. Well played.
Very well indeed.
Some pastiches* neither rhyme nor correctly scan, nor show much fidelity to the source material. This one’s not one of those.

Of course, that might well force the GOP to conclude that it’s no longer worthwhile to bother with subtle racism, and they should instead do it Donald’s way from here on out.
I’ll be relieved if they choose to wear shirts at all.
I am so glad to see that someone feel the same way as me ! I agree with you on it . I know this a pit Trump thread but I am pissed off that Hillary ran when she is being under investigation .
Does it change your opinion any to learn that Colin Powell and, very likely, every other SoS before her did the same thing with having sensitive information in their private emails?
Finally, I find Trump right where he belongs. In a pit. Any pit. But especially this one.
If you can terrify the Flying Nun and Gidget, how good can you be for this country? Seriously, one of our local news programs had Sally Field on this morning and they asked her what she thought about the political situation. Her words were “I am terrified for my country. Terrified of this man as a candidate and terrified of the people who support him.”
Personally - although I’m less and less convinced this will happen - I’m expecting him to show up at a political event soon and yell “Surprise! Gotcha! I don’t want to be President. I just wanted to know if I could be if I wanted to.”
I used to enjoy Trump on The Apprentice. In a tiny television venue, an ego-driven, fact-challenged blowhard, lording it over C-list former celebrities was entertaining. As leader of the Free World? I’m with Sally, it’s terrifying.
Yes, she should really wait until Republicans finish all their investigations and accept her as a legitimate candidate. Then she and her cyborg running mate can focus all their energy on her campaign for President of the Federation of Human-Inhabited Planetary Systems.
She’s been under investigation for like the last 20 years. There might as well be a permanent House Committee for the Investigation of Hillary Clinton. You’ll excuse me, I hope, if at some point I start to view this interminable investigation as being based on politics and wishful thinking.
May as well put it in both threads;
Ben Carson: “I wasn’t going to endorse Trump, but he offered me a job in his administration”
That would be a felony, though I expect the Orange one to deny it and nothing will come of it unless perhaps it was recorded (which is doubtful).
I wonder if Donny knows it’s the Ides of March?
Somehow, when you warn people about that, they never seem to listen.
This would not surprise me at all. But, do you have a cite?
http://www.newsmax.com/Newsfront/carson-trump-administration/2016/03/14/id/719044/
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/03/15/ben-carsons-painfully-bad-quotes-about-supporting-donald-trump/
Please act less stupid. You could have checked about any news site or googled it and gotten a score of different sites all reporting this.
The WAPO link contains perhaps the WORST endorsement quote I have ever read in my life:
So, Vote Trump, because at least he really can’t destroy the American dream forever
Yes, he could have. But you put forth the claim, so it’s your responsibility to bring forth the cite. It’s never someone else’s job to google your shit for you.
This is the pit. Fuck your noise. This one is everywhere. Asking for a cite is basically a fucking lazy way of denying the claim.
Is Donald Trump Actually a Narcissist? Therapists Weigh In!
What particular accusation is there no evidence of? I think a better analogy would be if Idi Amin did burn down houses, but ones he owned, so technically it was not arson - and so a supporter could claim that there was no real reason to oppose him. (SA, not you.)
It appears there are so many accusations that even if many were not true, many, many, many are.
I realize that bankruptcies in real estate are normal. But calling attention to them is not unreasonable when Trump is trumpeting what a big success he is. And I’m more concerned about him lending his name to crap projects, like one in Mexico, that rope in investors because of his supposed successful record.
Trump is not the first celebrity who has lent his name to a scam - but others at least apologize and don’t claim the scam was real all the time.
