For the vast majority of the inhabitants of planet earth, I’m thinkin’… nope!
I’m still hoping he gets rid of taxation of foreign-earned income.
Not a damn thing. Except that the opposition will grow stronger. Those willing to stand up to his manipulative lies will, in the long run, prevail.
If Trump himself does go down in a metaphorical ball of flame, I see one possible “good” thing that could come out of it: if things progress to the point that Republicans in Congress are calling for Trump to resign (perhaps unlikely but still far more likely than for any President since Nixon), then Trump’s personality seems to be such that he’d be incapable of going down quietly – he might run third party, start a new conservative (or just xenophobic/white nationalist) party or news network, or just go scorched earth on his own party on the way out the door, resulting in a schism between the Trump base and Republicans that will not be easy to heal.
That might be a very good thing, if it happened.
The only good thing that can come from it is if people learn that you really shouldn’t elect somebody as unstable, ignorant and unqualified as Trump.
Since I don’t think this will happen I will go with not much of anything positive will come from the Bannon presidency.

“No, I can’t tell you why this paper is worth a dollar. I just need you to know that I believe it is. I hope that you will believe it is too.”
No. Next question?
Probably. Right now a possible example escapes me but I’m sure there will be something even I have to admit to.
…there’s the SNL sketches. Those have been pretty good.
It’s only 4 years. This too shall pass.
It is making a lot of progressive people more politically active. I know a lot of people who were complacent before who aren’t any longer. And I think even if progressives are in charge of everything in four years, that a lot of the newly active people will stay active, even if not with the same urgency.
I never ever would have wanted Trump to be president, but he’s certainly activated and united people more than Clinton (or Sanders or Warren or Biden) ever could have.
There’s been the Schadenfreude of watching the GOP trying to balance between party loyalty and not looking like a complete nutjob by supporting some of Trump’s positions. It really is putting a spotlight on a lot of them in a way they don’t seem prepared for.
I’m hoping for a renewed internationalism instead of this lurching love affair with ethnic nationalism. Otherwise…

Well, a nuclear winter might help combat global warming.
True, there’s some satisfaction in that. They could try to repeal Obamacare for years because they knew it wouldn’t actually happen. Now that they do have the power to do it, they are flailing. It’s harder to govern than just obstruct and complain.
Every so often we have to elect a Republican President to remind us why we shouldn’t elect a Republican President.
I think that, so far, one of the biggest benefits that has come from a Trump presidency is that it has finally forced society to confront the issue of truth vs. non-truth.
After decades of moral relativism, “There is no objective reality,” “Feelings are more important than facts,” “Go with what feels right,” “Fake news is freedom of the press” etc., society is finally reaping what it sowed.
So you don’t foresee any long term (or permanent) damage?
I can’t imagine the faintest good eventuating. Nor from Hillary had she won.
Maybe the Trump family fortunes will rival Bill Gates’.
The evil that men do lives after them.
