I’ve been hoping the court would take judicial notice of these blathering dolts (Indicated1 and his so-called legal team) and start issuing contempt of court decisions.
It also makes me curious about something. Of course the clown’s had lawyers conversant in civil law matters doing work for him before, but has he ever had anyone competent in criminal law (defending, not perpetrating) working for him, even now?

If you are asking if he is laying the groundwork to claim “Ineffective assistance of counsel”, I can’t be sure… but it’s possible.
There’s no way he’s doing that with such a goal in mind. The bar is incredibly high (almost impossible), and he’d much prefer to win at trial than on appeal. He would be well advised to have some experienced NY criminal defense lawyers on the team, but failure to do so will not provide a credible grounds for appeal.
I hope you’re right. It’s just that he’s so slimy that I wouldn’t trust him to wipe his backside.
