Did anybody used to play “Truth or Dare”? I remember playing it a few times mostly during 5th-8th grades. One thing I remember that no matter how many people were playing before the end of the game, no matter what, somebody would end up showing a private part. Girls would get dared to flash their boobs and guys were not immuned to the X-rated dare.
The only exceptions were if adults were around, in that case the dares were really G-Rated and silly until the adult left.
Is this most people’s experience playing “Truth or Dare” that it always ended up being a really raunchy game?
Nope. The versions I played were pretty tame, and around the same time. The wildest it got was to dare someone to kiss you, or truth might be, "Do you really like her? <point to girl across table>
No boob flashing going on in grades 5 and 6, that’s for sure. Although I seriously wouldn’t have minded.
At that age, you might as well flash your own chest for the same effect.
My experience with it always ended up X-rated, though I used to play it over at my very raunchy cousin’s house (she lost her virginity when she was 12, and always thought she was a pretty hot shit for it, too).
If I’d had it my way back then, I would have been more giggly silliness, “proper” little girl-ish topics, and dares that might only involve calling up a boy you liked and asking if he liked anyone. Tee hee.
As it was, though, I used to attend my more popular cousin’s parties, where things could only go dirty at some point.
Among the dares, I recall having to hump a pillow for five minutes, pressing our naked boobs against the front (cold! cold!) window for five minutes… well, everything we did, had to be done and watched for five minutes. Some unwritten rule, I suppose. Dress like a hooker and walk down the road. If anyone ever picked truth, it invariably had something to do with masturbation.
IIRC, I stopped attending and not too long after they did evolve into massive orgies, with Miss Raunchy’s ogre-ish, drooling boyfriends. (nothing against ogres).
Grade school, tame, G rated. Both the truth and the dare.
In Junior High it got to the point where we were only allowed one truth. The X rated stuff started after that pesky first truth question was asked. And that was usually an X rated question.
Never played in High School.

We re-named it ‘Truth’, as no one ever choose dare. The questions were quite x rated though.

I had some serious boob action by the time I was in the 6th grade.
Our “truth or dare” tended to be girls only, so it was more “do you like Bobby” or “would you kiss your brother” eww kind of stuff.
Opal brought an X-Rated version of Truth or Dare to Dopaween 2003. I believe there are pictures. (Nothing that wouldn’t be allowed to be posted here, though).
I didn’t play-I was too chicken.
Mine were always pretty tame; never really got past “Who do you really like?” I don’t think we did it past junior high.
