So, I’ve got a can of Turkish white cheese in brine -this stuff - and it’s not too bad. Kind of like feta, but creamier, less salty, and more of a “sour” flavor to it.

Mix with spinach or silverbeet and put in pita bread or on pastry shaped into a boat. Bake briefly. Or do the same with egg and herbs say oregano or sumak.
