Oh yeah. I frickin’ hate this show. It’s the same plot every week. He’s an idiot ansd she’s a bitch.
I could come up with hundreds of shows that sucked, but I’m only including a few whose popularity I find particularly inexplicable:
I Love Lucy
3’s Company
Gilligan’s Island
The Brady Bunch
Mad About You
Friends
Mad About You, I forgot about that one.
What about Who’s the Boss? The only reason I watched that show is because at the time I was still living with my mother and she liked to watch it.
Gotta say I liked Cheers a lot. It brought back the lovable drunk.
And to think, they haven’t come out with a DVD anthology of My Mother, The Car yet.
My Mother the Car… the very concept of that show just boggles the mind. I mean, it’s just beyond comprehension. It’s like the black hole of black holes of crappy TV… AND they actually made 30+ episodes of it? Wow.
Anyway, I Love Lucy rocked, regardless of what anybody thinks.
TV hits that sucked
- The Real World, I’m sure it was a hit at one point, at least on cable TV
- Ally McBeal, it just got weird
But it’s a talking car! And it’s that guy’s mother! What could possibly go wrong with such a premise?
And guess what?
THEY’RE BRINGING IT BACK!
How can you diss Murder, She Wrote? That was my grandma’s favorite show!
