If you’re old enough to remember the Doublemint Twins, you’ll see a number of people who’ve been mentioned here show up in this list.
I’m surprised you mentioned Terminator 2 and didn’t mention the twins Don and Dan Stanton, who played a security guard and the T-1000 imitating him.
Laverne Cox, an actor who also happens to be a trans woman, has a twin brother. She plays a trans woman on Orange Is The New Black and her twin played her character in a pre-transition flashback on the show.
The two episodes with flashbacks are the brother’s only acting credits thus far. He’s a musician.
Guinness World Records was founded by twin brothers Norris and Ross McWhirter.
They presented, along with actor/entertainer Roy Castle the TV series Record Breakers from 1972 to 1975 when Ross was murdered. Norris continued in his role as presenter until 1985.
Mick Jagger’s ex-wife, Jerry Hall, has an identical twin sister named Terry. Terry did not pursue a career in acting or modeling, although she did do a few local modeling jobs to pay for college.
Leigh and Leslie Keno are identical twin brothers who hosted the original “Antiques Roadshow.”
Twin brothers James and Oliver Phelps played the twin brothers Fred and George Weasley in the Harry Potter movies.
Luke Goss has done quite a few Hollywood films (mainly in what you could call the ‘straight to video’ class) and has a twin brother Matt.
Matt and Luke found initial fame in pop group Bros.

Jose Canseco, while mainly known as a baseball player, appeared in an episode of the Simpsons and a few reality TV shows. He has a twin brother Ozzie who
appeared on an episode of VH1’s The Surreal Life (Season 5) as a José Canseco impersonator. At the end of the program, it was revealed that he was José’s twin brother. He has also reportedly appeared at baseball card shows and book signings passing himself off as his brother
The comedians The Lucas Brothers have acted in a variety of movies and TV shows (e.g. 22 Jump Street).
Devin and Jason McCourty are identical twins. They were both damn good football players at Rutgers University and both had great pro careers. They were both on the Patriots together for a short time. Both now have jobs on TV. Devin is a commentator for the NBC national Sunday night game. Jason is an analyst for CBS on college games.
Sticking with football, Tiki and Ronde Barber are identical twins. After football Tiki was hired to be on the Today Show. He got fired for impregnating an intern while he was married. He’s still working on various things.
Singer/songwriter Bruce Hornsby is the father of twin sons, Keith and Russell, who were born in 1992. They are not identical; Keith was a fairly prominent college basketballer in the day, and Russell is an actor.

Marion Parker had a twin sister Marjorie. Her kidnapper wasn’t aware of this fact when he came to her school claiming he was sent by her father to collect her. “Which Parker girl?” “The younger one.” “but they’re twins.” “Oh, of course, I meant the smaller one.” Marion’s less enriching place in her mother’s uterus doomed her to a gruesome fate.
She even rated a murder ballad:

Not totally on point, but I think, very interesting, apropos of acting twins, I’m thinking of The Patty Duke Show, on which Patty Duke played identical cousins Patty & Cathy Lane.
I know a lot of people who think the premise challenges their ability to suspend their disbelief too much.
However, my grandmother has a lookalike cousin-- I am not making this up, nor even exaggerating. They are/were (my grandmother died about 6 years ago, 15 months shy of her 100th birthday, but her cousin is still alive) about 17 years apart, and my grandmother was born in the US (NY), while her cousin was born in Czechoslovakia (they didn’t meet for the first time until the 1960s), so they are easy to tell apart in photos, but the photos of my grandmother’s cousin, Otelia, look kind of eerie to me, because they look like time-traveler pictures of my grandmother.
They have the same face, the same hair, the same build, are the same height (which is unusually tall for women), and Otelia has a daughter who looks a lot like one of my cousins, albeit, not identical.
With the advent of frozen embryos and people having two embryos conceived on the same day, born several years apart, I guess the possibility of identical twins born years apart either already exists, or will soon.
But this quirk of genetics already happened to my grandmother, born in 1917, and her cousin born in 1934.
FWIW, a good friend of mine has a first cousin who could pass as his identical twin. They are only a few years apart.
Tom Hanks brother, Jim, isn’t his twin, but he has done voice work covering for Tom. And he appeared in some of the running scenes in Forest Gump, so he’s sort of a doppelgänger.
Similarly, the comedian Gallagher had a brother who bore a striking resemblance. This led to controversy, since he also tried to steal his act.

@Slithy_Tove , while some degree of thread drift is inevitable, that post has nothing to do with any sort of Cafe Society topic, and is not the sort of thing that people in this thread want to be seeing.
I was wondering if Ricky Nelson’s twin sons, the musicians Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, ever appeared in anything other than music videos and such.
It turns out they appeared as (separate) kids in a 31min film called Sonic Boom. Also in it are their mother, father and uncle David. Checking the cast list surprised me. For such a short film it has an huge cast of stars. From George Kennedy to Keith Moon. Plus Jonathan Winters, Sal Mineo, Chuck Woolery, Johnny Crawford, Lyle Talbot and on and on and on. The eclectic-ness is amazing.
I haven’t seen anything to suggest they are identical twins.
