No, a swift and decisive (not to mention harsh) judgement would be better. I was just trying to find a silver lining in the cloud, not denying the existence of the cloud. 
On the other hand, I feel very confident that Dominion’s actions in this regard are rigorously driven by the company’s best interests, and that they may be in a better position to judge those interests than the average internet message board poster.
Yes, legal things take time, including (or perhaps especially) large-dollar civil cases. This is not new, and it is, in my opinion, better than summary judgments based on inadequate preparation, which then get overturned.

Nothing really, other than the fact that failing to report them when asked in a deposition would be illgal and open him up to contempt of court charges. But that only works if you can find them. I have no doubt that Lindell is doing this. Earleir it was commented that Lindell was selling his plane, likely because its easier to hide money then aircraft.
Alternatively he can always try declaring fake bankruptcy again, but I think that someone in Dominion has probably read his book and so won’t be fooled.

If his financial declaration has anomalies (and the chances of that are about equal to there being a full month about once a month) then his bank records, corporate records and even his Carpenters records can be subpoenaed.
