Twitter bans MyPillow corporate account after Mike Lindell uses it to circumvent personal Twitter ban

Debatable. Did you ever try one?

Consensus on mypillow before he went Full Metal Tragic seemed to be that they were… fine.

Which is fine. It is sad that he tanked a successful business, and a lot of careers, on the altar of his obsessions.

Yes. Preference is subjective like mattresses but the pillows work great for me. Easy to wash and refluff back to original shape density. YMMV

Did you really have to go there?!?

:face_with_spiral_eyes:

Dominion better hurry up! There may not even be Kleenex boxes left for very much longer.

Actually, I was thinking of a line from Futurama. Bender says something about waking up in a pool of your own blood and urine, and Dr. Zoidberg says, rather enviously, “oh, to have your own pool.” I was thinking that Lindell could reach a point where he’d be happy to still have jars to keep his urine in.

Your interpretation works, too.

I suppose it depends on how absorbent his pillows are.

What would we have to do to have Trump pick Lindell as his running mate? I’d thoroughly enjoy the shitshow…

…oh, wait, we could just tell Mikey that he’s the VP candidate, and send him out on his own to campaign!

Here, a youtuber grabs an interview with the pillow man, and the pillow man ain’t well.
But he is adamant.

He kept ranting about the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling there was widespread fraud. I must have missed that. Is there any basis to that claim at all?

I tried to edit my post to indicate that the video was over 13 minutes long, but was unable to edit. At 11:40 or so the host spends a little time debunking specific Lindell lies, but he does not specifically touch on the Wisconsin supreme court.

Google gave me this, from 2022:
“MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Wisconsin judge said Thursday that a Republican-ordered, taxpayer-funded investigation into the 2020 election found “absolutely no evidence of election fraud,” but did reveal contempt for the state’s open records law by Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and a former state Supreme Court justice he hired.”

(ETA not the supremes, i see.)

A Google search is coming up empty. Unless Lindell would like to be specific about his claim, a reasonable assumption would be that he is full of crazy shit.

That’s the new stuffing for his pillows.

Trump scented for patriots only!

Yet again, a Lindell book found its way into the donation bin of the library where I volunteer. I considered putting it in the “Fiction” section, but instead, I shelved it in “Humor.” When I was there yesterday, it was still there, for sale, in the humor section.

Mike Lindell to be evicted?

“I never thought the free market would eat my face.”

I’m guessing he’s talking about a decision made in 2022 by some Conservative judges deciding that since neither Ballot boxes nor allowing a family member to return a ballot were expressly authorized by law, then they are both illegal. Which some people took further to say that that means that all of the votes from those boxes in the 2020 election were illegal and so Trump won Wisconsin.

This reminds me of lane-splitting on motorcycles in California. Lane-splitting is not specifically legal. i.e., There is now law that says riders can do it. But there is no law prohibiting the practice. So lane-splitting isn’t technically ‘legal’ because there is no law that permits it; but It is al not illegal, because it isn’t prohibited.

It seems to me that a reasonable person would say, ‘Of course allowing a third party to deposit your ballot in a ballot box isn’t specifically made legal in the law. It’s just common sense.’ It’s not specifically ‘legal’ because it’s not mentioned in the law. It’s just understood that it’s allowed because it’s common practice. Deeming ballots that are deposited by a third party ‘illegal’, and thus all ballots deposited in ballot boxes are deemed ‘illegal’, is like California passing a law saying that lane-splitting is prohibited, and thus all motorcycles are prohibited.
