Is Jake forever relagated to video phone?
Utter tripe.
It was OK.
Jake will be Skyping it for awhile, but I am sure he will come home for the holidays - or perhaps be re-assigned to some local military site where he can come home more often. (Would you want him on a battleground front?!)
I liked the show better with Charlie Sheen, but this version is better than I had expected it to be. Not the best sitcom on the air, but by far not the worst.
I enjoyed seeing Michael Bolton in this episode. He actually was pretty funny!
I only watch the show occasionally now – it was better with Sheen. It can still get a chuckle or two out of me, though.
The show has an impressive list of guest stars.

Is Jake not on the show anymore? If all he’s going to be doing is Skyping, they could have filmed all of his stuff in a few hours and sent him home for the rest of the season. That’s a pretty big fall from being the highest paid kid actor on TV. Wasn’t he making well over a million dollars an episode just a year or two ago?
I liked it, but then I’ve always liked that show. Having said that, Ashton is terrible at acting drunk…as are many actors I’ve noticed.

Eldridge. Yeah, I wondered at the end of last season how they were going to handle that. And I wonder if Eldridge is ever going to be on the show again.
Is Eldridge Lindsay’s son?
God, I loathe Lindsay. Which I hate, because I LIKE CT-S. But the character just rubs me entirely the wrong way.
